Uncertain of bump on penis

I recently (approximately one and a half months ago) discovered two small, flesh-colored bumps midway up on the shaft of my penis. They range in size from 2mm to 3mm in diameter. I have been in a monogamous relationship for nearly seven years. As a result, I am perplexed and concerned as to what these bumps could be. They are completely painless and are in no way irritating (i.e. itchy, sore, etc.). My wife gets regular OBGYN examinations and has never had any problems. Prior to my current relationship, I had unprotected intercourse with my sexual partners. I haven't visited a physician yet concerning this issue. While I realize it is impossible to diagnose someone over the internet, I welcome any comments/suggestions/advice. Is it likely that these are genital warts? If not, what could they most likely be?
