Underam Skin

I started to notice back in march my underarms were itchy and red. It is now the end of august and those patches on my arm pits are spreading and  they are circles almost a brownish grayish color and some are red but they are all white in the middle...Ive tried everything please help!

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it canbe ringworm or nummular dermatitis.Treatment for both is entirely different.So I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatiologist first and then start with the treatment.
