Unknown formation on hands, doctors not able to diagnose

Dear Community,
Please help with this problem I got. These formations are on my hand for the last two years and doctors are not able to make a diagnosis on it. I was prescribed at leat 3 types of different steroids, they do the trick, but it is only temporary. After the treatment is finished the problem returns on the same places.

The inflammations do not hurt and do not itch. They start out as dry skin at the top and soft below. When the dry skin comes off there is lymph inside and "unprotected" skin.

Please help with the diagnosis and the treatment.. Thank You!

Your images didn't work for me.  Celiac has a lot of weird skin problems associated.  Also there is something called lichen planus, but thats' pretty common.
