This could be irritant contact dermatitis with your jewelry. The most common substance is nickel or any metal with silver in color which may have nickel in it. It is important that you avoid this irritant. The rash usually heals once the irritant is removed. Irritant dermatitis is usually the result of the cumulative effect of multiple irritants. If it persists, have this evaluated by your doctor. A patch test may be done to rule out allergic contact dermatitis. Take care and regards.
