Unknown white spots on legs

Lately I've been getting these little white spots on my legs, primarily in the morning. Lately more of them have been showing up and lasting most of the day. They aren't raised and they don't hurt or itch. I have a picture attached.
Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks.

What you are experiencing looks and sound like it has vascular origins. The list of differential diagnosis (from benign idiopathic to more involving diseases) is quite long. Skin biopsy results would be very helpful in correlation with clinical manifestations. Early diagnosis, based on detailed medical history, physical exam and biopsy, is always desired. Therefore, make an appointment with your dermatologist.

Some of questions that need to be answered:
• Do these white macules appear after certain morning ritual (shower, exposure to cold, skin rubbing with towel, applying certain topical product on the skin, etc.) or not?
• How is your overall health?
• What else has changed/happened in your life/health lately?
• Do you have any allergies?
• Et cetera…
