Unkown condition

Hi im a seventeen year old and have been suffering with an apparent skin condition for a while, muust be 2 years ago i had it. I was first treated for ring worm even though it showed no symptoms, creams did nothing but tablets did. Anyway eventually the problem went away about 6 months later i noticed it again and basically what happens is my skin appears to go very dry and crack the crack gradually increases in size and an inflamed border forms around it. usually very red raised skin. if you look closely at the skin it appears there a very very small blisters in the inflamed section, and i mean many of them. I was wondering if anyone can help, or enlighten me on what this condtion is.
