Unusual bump

I've noticed that on my penis shaft, right along the beginning of the shaft, I've noticed a small 1mm pimple looking thing.  There was two of them and it look like a pimple so I popped it.  I then panicked and went to a planned parenthood and got checked by the doctor.  She told me that it was fine she said its nothing to worry about.  So this was a month ago and I still have that little pimple looking  thing.  Now I haven't a sex for about 5 months.  Can this be related to any STI??

From the symptoms it can be a small cysts. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.
