Upper lip skin turned black

Hi,
I waxed my upper lips 20 days ago
After waxing my hair was not removed so i applied jolen bleach cream to hide the left over hair.
It was burning my skin bt i kept it for 5 mins.
The next day i observed a black skin on my upper lip that was peeled off later nd agn my skin was peeled off.
Now i am having a dark brown line on my left upperlip which looks horrible on my face.

Please help me what can i do

You shouldnt Bleach your left over hairs right after waxing, in my opinion i would tweeze them. and if you dont like to tweeze them, try bleaching them a few hours later.
