Urgent question about mole removal, help please!

I just had some moles removed on my back using laser, it looks & feels like there's still some of the mole left around the edges.. like they took out the whole center, but left me with a small ring.
They are supposed to take the whole area out aren't they? (It's cosmetic)

Here's a picture of one, it's a little hard to see.. but any opinions

I'm leaving the area tomorrow, so I need to know right away if I should go back and have it "fixed".

Hello,
This can be due to some of the mole being left behind during excision or due to regrowth in healing process.
What happens is that melanocytes left behind in the wound regrow in an abnormal pattern. This is accompanied by scarring, inflammation, and blood vessel changes.

I suggest you to get it evaluated from your operating doctor.
