Various Itchy Bumps On body

I have had a few bumps variously on my body that itch. Usually the itch is so intense I scratch them until they bleed. I had not had sex in about half a year until recently. A few days ago, it seemed one of these itchy bumps/scabs showed up on the head of my penis. I am concerned that it is an STD, but I am hoping it us just some skin condition. What would cause this itchy scab bump? I am having no discharge and it is a dark colored scab. It has a sting/pain when I touch it and if I squeeze it nothing comes out. It is a hard scab and does not itch constantly, but maybe for periods twice a day and when I touch it. Please inform me with any information that might help. Thank you.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it does not sound like any STD. it can be contact dermatitis, fungal infection, lichen planus or scabies(by the intense itching). Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
