Veiny and red penis, quite painful

I believe I've been masturbating wrong for quite some time. Instead of running my hand along my penis I would masturbate with the skin instead (I'm not circumcised). I've done this for probably 3 years and as a result my penis is very veiny and sore, the skin is very thin and feels tight when I have an erection, but looks very loose when I don't. I've been able to quit masturbating for 3 weeks now and have liberally been applying lotion, but it is not getting much better. Help?

Hello,
Sorry replied to an earlier post first.

Masturbation can never cause erectile dysfunction or impotency. The most common psychological problems can generally be related to: inhibited sexual desire, anxiety disorders, depression, mental fatigue, stress, guilt, relationship problems, and lack of interest in sex by partner etc. The reness is due to chafing during masturbation.

Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a doctor.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
When pregnancy occurs, cessation of menses occurs. This looks like a normal period. To prevent any unwanted pregnancy, you should have protected sex.
