Very, very scared

Hi Doc,
About three months ago I had raised two kinda redish raised spots pop up. One is in the pubic hear region, just above the penis, and the other is on the stomach.
They hurt a bit and, naturally, I kept looking at them and touching them and the lower one actually started to bleed a bit.
Anyway, both are still there but never bleed and dont really hurt. Does this sound like an STD of any sort or anything I should be concerned about?
I am freaking out because a week or so before i noticed them, I engaged in mutual masturbation with a woman (I touched her, she touched herself and then she touched me) I don't know that well, but did not have any form of sex. I believe that's classified as safer sex, but I haven't been able to get the fears out of my mind since then and I am quite stressed. I start thinking any sort of symptom I ever get - muscle pain, i had the flu recently, fatigue - might be related to this.

I think you probably have inflamed follicles (pimples, in other words.)  What you should do is leave them alone, apply bacitracin or neosporin ointment once a day (both over-the-counter), and show them to a doctor so you can know for sure that they're nothing to worry about.   These can take months to go away, even if you leave the alone, but they do go away.
