Very Important OverUse Of Topical Steroid Ointments

I  am  a  51  yr  old  Male Married .  I  go  to  The  Vamc  Derm  Clinic, But  if  you  Know  The  Goverment  and  The  Va  like  I  do  for  20  years, You'll  understand me.  Ok  I  have  Been  Treated  for  20  years  so  I    am  Familiar  with  Ointments ,  Ultra  Ray lights,  I  have  been  prescribed  20  yrs  Desonide 5% Ointment  and  Temovate05%,  I  know  to  only  use  the  Desonide  Ointment  in  the  Groin  Area  Only.  My  Question  is  Because  I  never  want Psoriasas  in  my  groin  area  I  Apply  Very  Lightly  some  there, But  I  have  a  12  year  old  scratch  in the  Groin Area,  And for  the  sake  of Rehashing  old  test  yes  I  had  many  many   test  done  one   yr ago   To  Satisfy  The  Doc, And  I  have  been  with  the  same  lady  all  my  life,  Less  Than 36 Months   ago  I  had  a  Resident 9 mth Pregnant   Derm  Doc  ,  They  rotate  The  Docs  Threw  There  Like  Crazy  so  they  never  get  to  know  you.  A  Derm  Doc  Should  Know  that    ppl  with  Psoriasas  are  Prone  To  Atheletes  Feet  and  I  had  Some  Strange  Dark  Spots  on  the  bottom  of  my  feet,   I  know that  Temovate  is  Scary  Ointment  and  Desonide 5%  is  not  good  to  be  apply  even  lightly  for  decades,  It  Breaks  down  the  Tissue.  I  want  to  Know  if  That Old Old  Old Scar Scratch  could  be darkening    because  of  the  over use  of  the  ointment. , But  it's  also  a  Herectic ,  My  80  year  uncle  has  it  bad, But   you  was  a  derm  patient  20  years  WHY  does  evertime  we  get  a  New  Resident  Derm  Dr   Look  Dumb Founded   and  treat  you  like  there  scared??   I  would  very  much  appreciate  a  response.
