Very Sore feet around ankles with red blotching skin

Can anyone help me as of late i am enduring all sorts of Discomfort when standing and walking around mainly at work, around mr ankles and i seem to have the clusters of red dots that are getting worse and now starting to itch i have posted some photos i took a minute ago of my left and right foot, any docs out there that can tell me ??

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be contact dermatitis, stasis dermatitis, vascular eczema or insect bites. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. Till then keep your leg elevated while sitting and apply some calamine lotion on the rash.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
