Very Worried: Small Bumps on Penis

Hello

Over the past two weeks, I have been sexually intimate with 2 young females (about a week apart).  I am 19, and so are they, and we're at college - freshman.  This has been really the first sexual activity in my lifetime, so maybe I'm a bit paranoid, but:

The morning after my sexual encounter with the second female, I woke up to find the condom ripped and still in place.  Perhaps I wasn't in my right mind the night before as I went to bed.  Of course, I removed the condom and went about my day, but the next morning woke up and noticed three red blemishes on the underside of my penis (24 hours later).  I don't remember if the condom was still covering this part of my penis when I woke up still wearing it the previous morning.  The condom didn't have spermicide.

Within 18 hours, two of the blemishes faded, while the other one remained - it turned into a little red bump, and i couldnt tell but it might have been filled with clear fluid... but in the meantime, a second bump formed.

The two surviving bumps were really miniscule in size, not larger than 2-3 mm.  There was no itching/pain of any kind associated with the bumps, and they were pretty far apart - one towards the head, one toward the base, seperated by at least an inch and a half, probably more.

I immediately panicked, not sure if I had used protection for the duration of the sex with both females (I believe I might've entered them initially without a condom, and then put it on - both times).  My dermatologist said it didn't look like Herpes, but Molloscum - but I think he's really misinformed, as articles on the Internet say Molloscum takes much longer to show up.  In any event, he took a biopsy, and the results will be available in 7-14 days.  Of course, I can't wait that long: I'm going crazy.

So one bump is gone because of the biopsy.  As for the other bump, about 5 days after first noticing it, it's also gone: it seems to have scabbed over (again, its very small, i cant really tell) with a teeny spec of very white-looking skin and has all but disappeared.  I have been applying Bacitracin.  Could this be irritation?  Follicilits?  From the condom being on for so long?  Does Herpes always itch and present as a cluster?

I know Herpes takes at least 7-10 days to present, but I'm worried if not from my most recent sexual encounter, the Herpes could've been contracted from my first sexual encounter, which was about 7 days before the first "bumps."

Sorry for the length, but I am desperate to figure this out.  Should I be worried?

Thanks!

My pathologist sends me biopsy results in 24-48 hours.  I don't see why you should have to wait 1-2 weeks.

Your problem is almost certainly not herpes or any other STD.  But since you went to the trouble of seeing a dermatologist and getting tested, I think you should know the answer sooner rather than later so you can stop worrying.

I therefore suggest that you call and make a nuisance of yourserlf until you get an answer.

Take care.
