Vitiligo

Hi there
My name is Stephan and i am 26 years old. the vitiligo started when i was 18 years old and since then i had visited docktors and they said that i had vitiligo. My question to you Docktor is: Is there a cure for vitiligo? i have read alot of articles on the internet stating if u have vitiligo then the white patches does not turn to any color when you were in the sun. in my case when i have been in the sun the white patches turn pink and i have had some of the patches turned back to my original skin color. Im not sure if i really have vitiligo. could u please help me in this matter i want to know if i have vitiligo is there a cure and if it could me something else what could it be and what do u docktor recommend i do. I have the patches on my forehead, arms. legs. armpits, hands. please if you can please assist me.

With out looking at the pic very difficult o confirm diagnosis.However lip and tip varieties of vitiligo do not respond best.In your case you have not mentioned lip and fingertip involvement and if so could respond fair to PUVA and ultraviolet rays treatment.
