WILL THE BUMBS GO AWAY!! hmmm Maybe

I have been having this issue for about two years and i really didnt care too much i just thought it was razor bumbs. 4 days ago i used my phone and took some pictures of the back of my head. I was so grossed out i was like DAAAMN is this what pp are looking at when the stare at the back of my neck. After reading your suggestion i went to the pharmacy and got sulphur 8. And i Kid you not i saw changes in less than 24hrs. i even felt that the bumps decreased in size when i touched them with my fingers...

SULPHUR 8 i aint saying its a cure im just saying THIS STUFF WORKS!!!

From the symptoms it looks like acne keloidalis nuchae. . It occurs when hairs on the back of the head and neck grow into the skin, become inflamed, and cause scar tissue. These ingrown hairs usually occur following a short haircut on the back of the head and nape of the neck.

Treatment of AKN includes suppression of the inflammation with antibiotics and steroid gels or intralesional steroid injections. So apply antibiotic cream like Neosporin or bactroban. If the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics and steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

Larger bumps of AKN present for a while or if not responding to treatments may need surgical removal. Please get an evaluation done form a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
