Wart Removal

My 2 year old daughter has warts.... some on fer face, chest, shoulder, arms.... probably about a dozen altogether. I went to the derm and they gave her a topical wart remover. It worked on the first batch, but more have since popped up...

She has discovered these warts and is now pulling them out by herself, root and all. It is to my understanding that this is painful, but she does it without pause...

My questions is, is this okay for her to do? Should I go back to the derm or just allow her to pull them out? Again, it doesn't bother her in the least... is this safe for her to do?
