Wart home remedy gone bad

Ok, so this is my second post, and hopefully I'll get an answer.  I tried a home remedy of using apple cider vinegar to remove the small wart on my nose.  Unfortunately, I covered too big of an area (good skin near the wart) and the area got greenish yellow in color.  It then peeled off, leaving a small hole behind.  Here is a picture.  Skin appears to have grown back, but I still have the hole.  Can this be fixed??

Thanks, Dr. Kaur.  I don't have insurance right now, so I won't be seeing a cosmetologist soon, but at least now I have an idea of what I can do.  Thank you very much!  As for the depigmentation, I don't really know what you mean.  I have small holes in my nose about the size of a pin, and my sister said that her dermatologist said that those are clogged pores (she has them too).  I'm thinking maybe the apple cider vinegar reacted to the clogged pores and made an impression.  Anyway, thanks again!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unfortunately you have got depigmentation and sunken scars after application of apple cider vinegar. There is no topical treatment for this and I would suggest collagen or hyaluronic filling or laser resurfacing. Please discuss these treatment options with your cosmetologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
