Warts Spreading to Penis

Well I've had warts on my arms a couple times recently and i think i might have what is called "flat warts". I just noticed the other day i have a few tiny bumps around my penis that do not resemble papules and the first one was actually in my groin region before i started getting them near my penis. I don't think its genital warts for this reason and because I've been with the same girl for a year and she's been tested for STDs. Or is it possible for warts to just spread through the body like this? IDK what to do. Help me please!

Strains of hand and genital warts are different.So these bumps don’t seem like warts.It can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts or molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug).
Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
