Warts or contact dermatits?

Last week I went to see a doctor and have my wart on the right index finger removed. She also cauterized some of the warts around my fingers. Now, I have this kind of rash on my legs & arms. It's pinkish and when I asked her if they are warts too she said it wasn't. It's contact dermatitis and she prescribed Betamethasone for it. It's been a week now and the rash didn't go away. It's only gotten worse. I'm having more rashes now on some more part of my arms and legs. Could it be warts too? If I have warts on my hands, can I spread it in my arms too once I touch it? Or to any other parts of my body? I really need some help. I don't wanna be the next tree man.
