Water Blisters or something on face, turn into red raw spots

Hi, for the past couple of weeks I have been getting these blisters about half the size of a dime on my face that scrape off right away and become raw. They do go away after a few days with a little scarring if I put lotion on them, but once I left one, and it crusted over, so I thought it might be impetigo. Anyway, Im 21 and lead a very healthy lifestyle. I do tend to get very worried when things like this happen, and cant stop worrying. If anybody knows what this is, as in bad hygiene, or an infection, or fungus, please let me know. Im going to see the doctor on thursday, but I would like to not kill myself worrying until then. Thank you so much!
