The skin is the largest organ of the body and is involved in many functions. These include, protection from sun and infections, blood circulation, heat dissipation, waste removal and of course helping us look better than a skeleton.
I can understand your concern, In fact a lot of people have similar concerns, but there are only few like you who have a nearly all of them occuring in one person only.
To strengthen your skin, you may ensure Vitamins and micronutrients are included in your diet. Important ones are Vitamin E and A, Vitamin C, Zinc, Iron, Calcium etc..
Other than eating there is the precautions you may take for each particular lesion type that you developed. Since the skin cannot be changed, there is hardly anything else that may be done to help.
