Weeping scalp

I recently bleached my hair and I noticed a few hours afterwards that my scalp was weeping and crusting in my hair. I have bleached my hair many times before this and this has never happened to me. Its a little sore and there is no blood in the weeping but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get it to stop.

It looks like contact dermatitis and allergic reaction. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
