Weird blister/scar needs solving!

I very rarely get any blisters of scars as i am very careful with what i use to wash my clothes, hands, etc. As i have a very weird trigger to my eczema. But i have had a scar on the top of my right hand for about a year now at first I thought it was a blister because it had clear liquid inside but now I think it is just a scar But do you have any other ideas as to what this is? It doesn't itch and it isn't sore. I don't even think it is there until I look at it

From the symptoms it can be a hypertrophic scar. Hypertrophic scars are red bump like scars but do not grow beyond the boundaries of the original wound  and they often improve in appearance after a few years. Treatment options include silicon gel sheeting, steroid injections, dermabrasion, collagen injections and laser resurfacing. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.
