Weird rashes and spots/marks

I first want to start off by thanking everyone on this entire fourm for doing  what they do. This site helped me a lot recently over an hiv scare, and I really appericate it. I just want to ask 2 other question.

Recently, i've had been having random sudden out breaks of mild or painless rashes orirrated skin. It  however last only for a short amount of time, mostly for an hour or two at most. The majority of the time the rash just occures shortly, after i rest my head on my bed. So i wonder if you have any idea what this could be from.

The other question is, after a (painless) nonbumpy rash occured on my chest for about 45 mins, I started noticing tiny roundish marks on my chest (not even a half an inch long). They're darkish, and can possibly look like the color of a bruise. There is only three of them, and they're all on the left hand side of the chest. The marks actually form a triangle, an inch or two apart from each other. I don't know if they've always been there, but I find it odd that I just noticed them. Could they just be strech marks? Because I stopped working  out extensively 2 years ago, where I use to powerlift. If you need any more info, or even want a pic I'll be more than happy to send you one of the marks or give any additional details.

Thanks again for taking the time to help. I apperciate it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The rash on the head which comes and goes can be due to hives. The mainstay of treatment is antihistamine which may be necessary for prolonged periods .You can take non-sedating antihistamines such as Cetirizine or Loratadine to get symptom relief. Short courses of oral cortisone or steroids are taken for short periods (one to three days) to settle more severe symptoms. Application of calamine lotion will help in soothing the skin.

The rash on chest sounds like pityriasis versicolor.
It is a common skin infection caused by the yeast Malassezia furfur. This skin disease commonly affects adolescents and young adults, especially in warm and humid climates. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.
If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
