Weird scar after self mole removal

I once ripped off my own mole as a child and it grew back the way it normally looks.
As a teen (i am now 18) I went to actual home remedies. I used the garlic remedy and it was too slow so i decided to boost it by adding apple cider vinegar (another remedy). The next day my mole was still there and my skin bubbled up around it. In the shower the bubble popped and i peeled off the skin. Eventually the mole peeled off and now I have this weird scar made up of small brown dots. Below are pictures:

Im too scared to see a dermatoligsit or to tell anyone in my family. Plz help.

The brown scar is due to the peeling of the mole and is normal. What happens is that when you peel a mole, melanocytes left behind in the wound regrow in an abnormal pattern. This is accompanied by scarring, inflammation, and blood vessel changes.
Apply Neosporin on the wound and keep an eye on it. If there is any increased redness, warmth or pain then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
