What Dr. To See For Long Term Skin Pain After Burn?

I had Cryosurgery performed on my lower abdomen in Feb. 2009.  I have been left with an indented area below my belly button that is painful and other skin issues in the nearby areas.  It has definitely affected the nerves in my lower abdomen region.

I have seen several Dermatologists and Neuros, but none seem to help.  I am hoping there is another Dr. who may be able to help as this condition is very painful.  It bothers me just to wear pants!
