What To Use On Combination Skin?

I have combinational skin (oily/dry) also sensitive to top it off. Along with that? I have a touch of Seborrhea (along the edges of my hair line, in the hair, on my face (certain spots), in my eyebrows and the nap of my neck. Should I use and how often of the following?:

*Facial Scrub
*Facial Cleanser
*Facial Moisturizer
*Facial Toner
*Facial Mask

These symptoms can be due to seborrheic dermatitis. It is a common skin condition that causes flaky,dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp under the nose or anywhere on face. Topical antifungals and mild steroids are the usual treatment and combination of the two can be used to treat stubborn patches. Oral antifungal drugs and immunomodulators such as tacrolimus and pimecrolimus are used in very severe cases.
