What am I to think?

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.  I am a married male (6 years) and I had an unprotected affair about 4 months ago with a co-worker (big mistake).  About 2 months after my wife had a yeast infection, first one in about 10 years.  I started to freak out and thought this might be an STD that I passed to her.  A few weeks after that, I noticed a small bump under my foreskin (top).  It was small probably the size of a pinhead and red.  I went to the doctor 4 days later, he was out of town so I saw the NP.  I showed it to her and she waid it definetly looked like a wart, but said it could be something else?  She recomended that I get it burned off.  So i did.  About a week later, I returned to the doctor to ask his opinion.  He said it was nothing and that alot of things can cause one bump.  I shouldn't be worried unless I had multiple bumps.  He said it was fine 100%.  I talked to the woman I was "with" and she went and got herself checked out as well.  She had a blood test, pelvic exam and pap smear and everything came back normal.  She also says that everything else has always come back normal.  

About 10 days ago, I noticed a small collection of white bumps just below the head (not on the head bottom side) but on the upper shaft.  These bumps are so small that you can hardly see them, only under a magnifine glass.  The first cluster is about 5 bumps and the second is 2.  I tried the vinegar test on them last night and nothing changed, they stayed the same.  These bumps are so small that they could have been there all along and I never would have noticed.  

I know you cannot diagnose over the internet but...
Should I be worried?  Also Is there any connection between yeast infections and hpv.  Also, If I do have warts, what are the chances they will be found in her.  I understand that it is very common and sometimes not found.

Wife goes in for an annual next week and I am scared to death!

No need to worry, I think.  Small bumps like the ones you describe are common in that region; you probably wouldn't have noticed them if circumstances hadn't induced you to look so carefully.  I agree with the doctor, by the way, that the bump the nurse burned off was very likely not a wart, though of course no one can say for sure at this point.  There is no connection between warts and yeast.

Thanks for that.  I do feel better.  At what point should I be concerned about the small bumps?  Also, the thing that was burned off.  It's been about a month and there is some scarring there.  When does this go away?

At no point.  Show them to a doctor to be sure, then forget about them.
