What are the white spots on my skin?

I recently got a second degree sunburn. It was the worst on my chest, my skin blistered and everything. It peeled for about 3 weeks and is all healed now but there are tiny white dots where the sunburn was the worst. It is NOT patches of skin. They're tiny white dots all clustered together and the skin around all the dots is tan like the rest of me. It is NOT tinea versicolor. I have looked that up and it looks nothing like it. That looks more like big patches of skin but on my chest are tiny dots all bunched close together. I just want to know how to get rid of these if it is possible.
