What are theese bumps?

Okay so for the past few years ive been getting theese bumps on my thighs, butt, and waistline.
(yes i know i need to goto a dr)
I am 6'2 300 lbs so i am over weight theese bumps normally come when i sit on something hard like a bench i will get them on my butt or when i walk for too long my thighs get sweaty and rub together causing bumps that hurt ..
The blood in the bumps are very dark, and puss too they are big as maybe a quater.. filled with fluid.. Is there anyway to stop this? i am goin on a diet to lose weight i hope that help but i cant take this anymore.
