What are these air bubbles on my knee, and how do I get rid of them?

I've been having constant air bubbles on my knee. they aren't blisters but look like it and when they pop they have clear liquid that comes out. they don't hurt but sometimes itch around them. the ones that have popped are now healing over very slowly into red blotches. They majority or very small, but i have one about the size of a thumb print and another the size of a pencil eraser. I have no idea what they are, besides some kind of infection maybe? So how do I get rid of these or reduce redness?

From the symptoms the possibility of contact dermatitis, eczema or dermatitis herpetiformis is there. The treatment for all are different and hence I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
