What are these bumps along my buttox?

I have these tiny bumps, I've had them for about 6 months now, there's no pain but one morning I just woke up and found them there. The other day I began to see if they were pimples, and sure enough I got one solid head easily enough, no pus. The other two didn't appear to have anything and just bled and bled. It's a cluster of three, very close to the anus, located on one side of my crack. They are barely noticeable, and they aren't sore like deep acne is. They're just slightly bigger than a pin head each, with no color to them. What could this be? How do I fix my buttox?
