What are these little bumps on my arms

What are these things! I've tried everything, even squeezing them, and all that comes out is this little white thing, kinda like pus. But I know their not pimples, because I've had them since I can remember. My friends tease me, saying I was abnormal, pimple face, and disgusting.
How can I cure this?

Do they look like raised pimples with no whitehead and may even have a dimple in the middle?
