What are these raised bumps with little holes in them?

I started noticing these little bumps showing up on my body. They have spread like nothing is safe!! I have one that scares me its on the outside of my upper leg by my right knee it started like the rest. A lil pimple then it started to scab but then the scab started growing for no reason. Last night the scab feel off now i have a lil sore with a hole in it now remember these bumps just show up now they are permeant im trying to find out whats what so i may know the right dr to go for treatment

It can be due to folliculitis. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.
