What are these small red bumps on my arms and stomach?

I have small red bumps on my right arm and the right side of my stomach that don't itch. Can someone help me understand what they are? I woke up with them one morning on my trip to Italy. When I went to the pharmacy there, the pharmacist prescribed me "Teva Ticerin" which I was told is for allergic reactions. I don't think that's what I have and would be great if someone would be able to help.

How long have you had the bumps?  Are you back from Italy yet?  Are the bumps raised and what size are they?  Do they hurt or are they just 'there'?

I woke up with them on the morning of June 8th and  I got back from Italy on the 10th. I noticed today they're slowly starting to go away. I still see them all over the inside of my right arm and on the right side of my stomach, but they're not red anymore. They don't bother me other than them being there. I think they only itched about once or twice. They're raised and they're very tiny, larger than goosebumps though.
If they are going away and not really bothering you, I wouldn't worry too much- they may be a reaction to something in the environment you were exposed to, just not a severe reaction.  If they get worse your notice any negative changes, head to your doctor to have them looked at.
