What can I use to treat in grown hair on my face

I need help to treat my face I have ingrown hair all over my face some time I take the hair out but it don`t work what can I do

For ingrown hair,cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
