What causes little red bumps in pairs?

About three or four days ago, I got what I thought was just a bug bite...
Now it's spreading a little. The bumps are popping up in pairs on my side, and my stomach.
I'm not sure what it is. Sometimes it just itches, and other times it's painful to the touch.
I have been putting Neosporin and triple antibiotic ointment on these bumps, and it isn't helping at all.
Can you possibly give me some answers to what this might be, or what caused it?
Thank you,
Brittney

If its not a spider bite it's possibly Hidradenitis, a skin disease

Hi Brittney,
I know you posted this question about the red bumps in pairs a while back, but was just wondering if you ever figured out what it was and how to get rid of them...my husband is dealing with the same exact thing and it is going on  a full week already! Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Lauren
