What do HPV's look like

I have these small SKin Tags about the size of a pin tom and they are like little tags of skin, They are located at the base of my penis. and they are only there recently. i use nair for men o shave and i use razors occasionaly. i keep hearing about HPV's and how they are always gonna be around and that they will be coming and going. i need some photos of the beginning stages of warts and of HPV's if at all possible. if you could send us a link to see these warts and HPV's so we can see what we are l;ooking for that would be great.
