What do i do!?

What do i do!?

Ok so I am a 16 year old female and I've been getting these big red puss and blood filled bumps on my skin. I get them in all different places including vaginal area, legs, armpits, and stomach. I have no idea what they could possibly be. Everyone is tellin me ingrown hairs but why would i get them on my stomach? Also i get them all the time. Its not just like one or two its alot of them. When i pop them and they go away they leave a scar. So now i have scars all over my body. My boyfriend doenst find this attractive and I dont want him to think i have a disease, because i got tested and I know i dont. But im scared to go to my doctor. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!?!?!?!

Hello,
They seem like boils or furuncle. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. Hair follicles that are blocked by greasy creams, petroleum jelly, or similar products are more vulnerable to infection.

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
