What do you think?

For about a year I started feeling uncomfortable urination from time to time. Didn't think much of it but about 6 months ago I went to the doctor and he took a urine test and found nothing wrong.  5 months ago I noticed a rash on the underside of my penis.  It looks like a reddish/pinkish line from my scrotum to the head of my penis.  I have had it looked at by a dermatologist. He gave me some steroid cream for the red rash which made it lighter looking but it came back once I stopped using the cream. Finally, about 5 months ago my penis got really sensetive.  It was so sensetive I could barley walk because of the rubbing agianst clothes.  It has gotten slowly better over the past few months but is still a little sensetive. 2 months after the senseitivity started I had a zit on my penis.  I had a doctor look at that and he didn't think it was anything serious.  He tested me for syphallis and it came back negative.  The skin on the head of my penis has been wrinkled and looks different to me and continues to be sensetive.  I haven't been sexually active for 4 years.  I still have uncomfortable urination from time to time.  I am doing a lot of worrying and almost makes me think that I make it out to be worse than it is considering the doctors' diagnosis.  Would really like my penis to look normal again. I'm worried what women my think of it when I do get sexually active again. Is this possibly a urology problem, skin problem, other? What do you think it is and what do you reccommend?

I doubt you have anything wrong.  You need to get an opinion you feel comfortable with, because for some reason the reassurances you've gotten don't reassure you as they should.  Sensitivity without a visible rash doesn't mean much (except perhaps worry about it), and I suspect that the increased wrinkling you see is just the way the penis looks, only you're looking very hard.

I recommend you accept your doctors' advice and let things be.  If you need to see another doctor for extra reassurance, I'd suggest a dermatologist.

Best.
