What is do i do about this thing on my head?

Tags: nevous sebaceous, birthmarks, head, head skin

The doctor told me i had a nevous sebaceous. I'm not really sure what that even is but i had the thing removed three times and it still came back. When it grew back, it grew back a bit bigger....
What do i do know? I really dont what another surgery again and then have it come back.
