What is happening to my skin?

Okay so my entire life I have never really had an acne problem (I am 19). I would get maybe 2 or 3 pimples around the time of my period and thats it however I have always had a pretty bad blackhead problem. Anyway lately I have been breaking out uncontrollably. I have a couple little zits on my chin, one or two on my nose and then a lot on my cheeks and around the area between my eyebrows. Along with that I have little tiny bumps on the outer edges of my forehead, all over my temples, and on my jaw line. I really don't know what is causing this because I haven't changed face wash (I use yes to tomatoes) and my foundation has stayed the same (Cover FX from Sephora) and my diet is pretty consistent. I have gone to different estheticians but nothing they have done has had long term effects. I really need to get this taken care of and I appreciate any help I can get! Thanks.

The acne lesions may need antibiotic therapy, and the right thing is to consult your doc.
