What is it?

Roughly for six months, I get growths/ bulges in the area joining scrotum to inner thigh. Sometimes left thigh, sometimes right. They pain when they become big. They become small on their own and grow back again. Couple of times, I have seen pimples grow on the ends - with whiteheads. But, they never seen to go away completely.

On top of that, the right frontal side of my scrotum will develop flaky dry skin - looks ugly and itches a lot.

I am 33. Relatively healthy. 160 cm 150 lbs. Have sex with only one partner.

Perhaps inflamed follicles and eczema, respectively.  Wash gently, apply an antibiotic like neosporin (non-prescription), and show a doctor for definite diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Best.
