I have psoriasis on my arms..scalp..and very bad on my legs..i  have lost all the hair off my legs because of this and i am using a cream which is brilliant called EUMOVATE and another called OILATUM   try and get these from your doctor ( or buy from pharmacy ) and rub on effected areas twice daily ...Hope this helps ..
