What is this big zit-like swell in the inner-thigh near the pubis?

As the title says... "What is this big zit-like swell in the inner-thigh near the pubis?"
I have a photo also for more "visual aid"...
I woke up this morning and realized I had that. Some puss came out of it.
I am also wondering :
-How long will it take for it to go away?
-Is it just a "normal" zit?
-Will it come back after it goes away?
-Should I worry about having more appear in the next couple of days?
-What should I do (other than cleaning and disinfecting the zit and area around and keeping my penis from rubbing on the zit)?

This is the first time I see a "zit" of this size and color on my body, so that's why I am worrying a little. I am 18 years-old. If you need anymore informations I'll be glad to provide them.

Thank you very much for the diagnosis... Now I know what a boil looks like!

I'll be sure to keep it all very clean. I'm using some antibiotic ointment on it and putting a band-aid over it. The swelling has stopped and the area has become a lot less red in the past day, it still is a very annoying place to get a boil though.

At this rate it'll probably be gone in half a week! Thank you for your helpful replies (both jagesh50 and kindd) and have a good day!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms and picture,it looks like a boil. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
