What is this bump on my penis?

I had a case of Molluscum about two years ago, which, after repeated freezing treatments from the local dermatologist, has subsided. I've had this bump on the shaft of my penis for the past 8-10 months. The dermatologist has frozen it off 3 times - each time it has returned, exactly the same size / shape. This is unusual since none of the molluscum spots required that many treatments, nor did any of them have a hair growing from the center, nor were they skin-colored (they were pinkish-brown). Dermatologist doesn't seem to be concerned, or curious as to what it is, just keeps freezing it off. Kind of sick of liquid nitrogen at this point and am wondering if there is any harm in leaving it.
