What is this pyramid wart!

I noticed before 2 weeks this pyramid wart at the bottom of the stomach, closer to the base of the penis.
I do not have itching or anything but this made me worry what is this wart.
P.S I'm calling it pyramid wart because I don't have an idea what it is or how it is called in medicine language.

Please could somebody tell me what is this, is something that I've to worry about or it is there temporary.
