What is this sudden red rash spots?

I have developed a few red rash raised spots on my right bicep, forearm and on my left bicep. The have been there for a week. Not itch, no blister. Just two of them seem to be "flaking"  6 of them are like a cluster of bumps and one is just a single spot.

Almost five months ago I have a scare with an unprotected oral sex encounter I had. I did full blood tests at the two day mark and then at the 12 week mark. All negative. Never had a rash at all until now.

1.- What can this be?
2.- Should I be concerned?
3.- My dermatologist cant see me until next week.

I hope the pictures work.

Thank you in advance.

They are single bumps, and not surprising that new lesions do crop up from time to time.
Quite bothersome but PR settles in a few weeks.

Can the spots from PR be single bumps? Or are they all groups of bumps together?

I developed some single bumps all down my forearms.

It is expected that some new spots crop up, but disappear in time, no worry. ok?

I went to the doctor today. Dermatologist. He saw it and immediately said it looked like pityriasis rosea. Prescribed some steroid cream and scheduled for three weeks to follow up.
I got back home and now I have more spots.
Is this normal?
Thank you.

So they don't look like it's herpes?

Possibly an early pityriasis rosea. Do consult your Doc.
